We immediately begin to understand how mask heightens the level of performance and that mask is a viable form in which to express and engage with an audience. Participants will play in a variety of mask forms from larval to expressive. Through individual and ensemble exercises, the group will devise and present an informal show at the end of the workshop. Focus will be on technique and physicality, leading towards playing and devising in mask.
